1. Information we may process
Depending on how you use ShiftPe, this may include your name, email address, authentication identifiers, phone number, profile photograph, bio, skills, languages, experience, work preferences, availability, profile type, task postings, applications, messages, location information when enabled, and technical or security logs.
2. Why information is used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, set up Worker and Task Provider profiles, show relevant tasks, support applications and communications, maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations.
3. Location
If ShiftPe offers location-based features, location information should be accessed only as disclosed and with the permissions required by the device and applicable law. You can manage device-level location permissions in your operating system settings. Disabling location may limit location-based features.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with other users when necessary for the marketplace features you choose to use, with service providers supporting hosting or platform operations, or where authorized or required by law. ShiftPe should not disclose more information than is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
5. Retention and deletion
Personal data should be retained only as long as necessary for the disclosed purpose or as required or permitted by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or disputes. See Account & Data Deletion to learn how to request deletion.
6. Security
ShiftPe should use safeguards appropriate to the information and risks. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please report suspected account compromise or data misuse to contact@shiftpe.in.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may be able to request information, correction, deletion, or other action, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis. Contact contact@shiftpe.in. Identity verification may be needed to protect your account.
8. Children
ShiftPe must define and publish an eligibility and age policy appropriate to its service. If children may use the service, additional legal obligations may apply. Do not launch child-facing access or make claims about parental consent until the policy and technical controls have been reviewed by legal counsel.
9. Changes and contact
